The item I ordered was a gift and the recipient was very happy with it. It was received in functioning order. The shipper however was awful. The item was received off of the pallet that it was shipped on. The strap that held the fridge on the pallet (which I'm sure was used as a handle to move it) was snapped and layed on the floor next to it. The box (cover) that the item was shipped in was loose, ripped completely up the side, and could be lifted by hand completely off the unit. Someone had tried to remedy the box being destroyed by wrapping it multiple times in shrink wrap, which did hold the box together, but did nothing for keeping the box on the item nor the item on the pallet. The feet on the fridge were bent and scuffed like it had been picked up and dropped multiple times and then dragged across the floor, and the unit had multiple large dents, and scratches all over it. I was not present when it was delivered otherwise I would have lost my mind. And had it not taken 2 weeks to come in, I would have sent it back. All in all, I like Ben's Discount Supply, but I will probably not order from them again, simply due to having to have it shipped so far, and the shipping causing too much damage to items. I have dealt with shipping and receiving for many years, and this was by far the worst condition I've ever received an item in. Especially after having paid multiple hundreds of dollars in shipping.
