Ben and Jaynell were easy and helpful to work with, would order from Ben's discount again if need arose. The refrigerator had a few defects but not worth doing anything about (factory dent on back, had sicker over it, a couple small scratches on top front, probably from shipping). The shipping cost was high but to be expected cross-country. The fridge seems to work well so far, although still researching possible missing plug for inside bottom. (small defrosting plug mentioned in manual but not with product).
So far, my Unique 10.3 cu/ft DC Solar Refrigerator has worked flawlessly! I currently have it located on my back porch, testing how well it works. I have it running on two one-hundred watt solar panels, with a solar controller connected to two AGM deep storage batteries. I will be installing this into my RV, to replace the worn out and useless Ammonia Gas absorption type Old RV refrigerator I purchased just 6 years ago. I may even purchase another Unique Danfoss compressor RV refrigerator to put in the RV and keep this one for the house. Am also thinking of getting a Solar Deep freezer. Can't beat the savings on the electric Bill !!
