They were very helpful. We love the solar as all our power was a generator. It works great, we have everything plugged in and can run everything at once and it doesn’t seem to phase it. It actually pulls more power from the panel’s. We even have a 5000 BTU AC that it runs with no problems along with other things running. It is a little strange as it is so quiet without the generator. I highly recommend this solar system. The system starts pulling off the panels at about 6am and continues until the sun goes down. The batteries are great the lowest they have been is 83 percent and they charge back to 100 percent in less than hour
