I had never even heard of Ben’s before. Fantastic service, family feel, and yet still competitive pricing with the big box mood crushing retailers.
It is like an neighborhood hardware store culture wise.
They fixed one problem immediately, they answer the phone, I can understand them, no phone trees, and delivered a beautiful stove and fridge to a tough location.
These are awesome units! Quality is unbeatable. Oven and range are working perfectly right out of the box. Ben was great to work with.
I haven’t used the range, fridge or the chest freezer yet as we’re still building; however, the packing and shipping was phenomenal. They used plywood to protect the fridge! Nothing was damaged and it all arrived quickly.

Had an open house for the tiny house and everyone was amazed at the look and quality of the Unique 24".
Am very happy with my new stove. Works like a charm. Oven works great too. Being on top of a mountain i wanted something that is realiable. And can work under adverse conditions.
It's winderful to bring more food to Camp and be able to bake.

There are no included instructions about what kind of step down pressure reducing valve is needed to connect to a propane tank.
There is no explanation about the step down valve which comes with the stove. Pressure in/ pressure out ???
We ended up bypassing the stove's valve and using a 10 " of water outlet pressure valve at the tank, in order for the stove to work properly.
The stove now works perfectly but we think the stove set up instructions were very inadequate.
