Freight Forwarder Delivery Disclaimer

The customer agrees Ben's Discount Supply will not be held responsible for any shipping damage once Tropic Consolidators signs for the shipment in good condition. If the shipment arrives at the final destination damaged the customer will need to file a claim with Tropic Consolidators. Ben's Discount Supply will not be held responsible for return or re-delivery fees if the consolidator refuses delivery for any reason or is not available during their stated busines hours of 8am-5pm Mon-Fri.
